Building Surveyor and Director

Jason founded the practice 20/years ago following periods of experience in both the public and private sectors. With 30/years of professional experience as a Building Surveyor and Lead Designer, Jason has exceptional knowledge and understanding of building pathology, development risk management, construction methodologies and administration, providing invaluable advice and leadership for all of our Clients and supporting teams.

Paul Ginever. ARB | RIBA

Architect and Director

Paul has 25/years of professional experience as an Architect and Lead Designer, working with Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education Clients across all of the RIBA Work Stages from inception to completion. His work focuses on facilitating a team-wide collaboration that is able to balance the varying demands of a project’s brief, budget, programme and local context to evolve a solution that is cared for, and for everybody involved to feel that they are heard and valued.

Lisa Kendrick. CIAT | ABBE | OCDEA

Senior Architectural Technologist

Lisa is an excellent Architectural Technologist of circa 20/years of professional experience, as well as supporting qualifications in PAS2035 Retrofit Assessment and SAP Calculations. She is a critical member of any design team, especially through RIBA Stages 3-5, where her broad knowledge of construction methodologies, confident coordination with Clients and the broader Design Team, and effective engagement during site visits contribute to the delivery of every project.

Alex Burdfield. ARB | RIBA | CIAT

Architect

Alex has 20/years of professional experience as both a Chartered Technologist and Architect, with a broad technical skill-set that supports a clear visualisation of a project through its development and delivery. He works with Clients and Design Teams across all of the RIBA Work Stages and understands the importance of advocating continuously for the needs of the Client, the project’s users and the local context throughout the design process.

Jamie Williams. ARB | RIBA

Architect

Jamie has 20/years of professional experience as an Architect and Lead Designer, with many years of experience as a Project and Contract Manager with a construction company, from which he has an invaluable understanding of how to effectively deliver a project by working collaboratively and clearly with the Design and Construction Teams. He works closely with everyone involved and brings enthusiasm and reliability to every project.

Allan Jackson

Technician: Design, Construction and Presentation

Allan has a broad experience from different sectors of the construction industry and has been part of the Plan A team for 10+/years. He is engaged in most projects across RIBA Stages 2-4: developing clear 2D and 3D drawings, and engaging with the broader Design Team to help deliver projects effectively. As with the rest of the Plan A team, Allan cares about every project and maintains a consistent level of professional reliability.
