Scope of work: Architecture Lead Design Consultant. RIBA Stages 1-2

Plan A were initially invited to participate in a competition process with one other practice, selected by the Client. The brief was to create a master plan for the Sports Club site, which consolidated the separate club pavilions serving the different tennis, cricket and hockey clubs into a single shared pavilion in the centre of the site. This would provide changing rooms, a bar & cafe, and an events venue with supporting kitchen and services that can be used to supplement the income of the club. by hosting private functions such as weddings, birthdays and special events. After a successful early process of developing the brief and exploring early feasibility options, the Club selected this as their preferred proposal to develop in subsequent stages.
