Scope of work: Architecture Lead Design Consultant

Plan A was initially invited to participate in a competition with one other practice, selected by the Client. The brief was to create a master-plan for the Sports Club site which consolidated the separate club pavilions serving the different tennis, cricket and hockey clubs, into a single shared pavilion in the centre of the site. This would provide changing rooms, a bar & cafe, and an events venue with supporting kitchen and services that can be used to supplement the income of the club by hosting private functions such as weddings, birthdays and special events. After a successful early process of developing the brief and exploring different options, we are all very excited to see this project move towards the development of a Planning Application.
